The online training is provided upon registration, this must be completed before your course date practical this will ensures you get the most out of your training.
Practical is run over 3 days
Day 1: Pool session
Day 2: Open water dives 1 & 2 + Classroom based academic session
Day 3: Open water dives 3 & 4

- You must be able to swim 200mtrs continuously and tread water for 10mins.
- You must complete your SSI online training before the practical dates (no in-water training will commence with out it)
