We use Northland Dive for our Bay of Islands trip.
Day 1:
We plan to drive up to Northland Dive on the Friday night 3rd Dec and stay onsite that night.
Please make sure you have dinner this night, every meal from Saturday morning breakfast to Sunday Lunch is provided.
After a cuppa tea and catch up with divers we'll have a goodnights rest.
Day 2:
Breakfast, get equipment ready and loaded on the boat then departure is 8am, 2 dives The dive sites are varied and flexible to work with the conditions on the day.
Between dives there is a generous surface interval where you will be fed a Picnic lunch on the beach. Plenty of time to off gas, relax, debrief and prepare for the next dive.
After the days diving arriving back to the accommodation around 3-4pm, wash down equipment and enjoy a cuppa / a couple beverages and some snacks (make sure to stop at the shop on your way up as the nearest is about 45mins away)

Dinner, then a good nights rest.
Day 3:
Breakfast, get equipment ready and loaded on the boat then departure is 8am, 2 dives
The boat is back at the accommodation between 4 -5pm on Sunday afternoon.
Wash equipment, pack bags, log dives, good byes, drive home.
Divers can opt in or out of as many dives as they wish to do.
Weekend of diving the Bay of Islands - HMNZS Canterbury
Join us for a weekend of diving May 03rd - 5th diving the HMNZS Canterbury and surrounding reefs of the Bay of Islands.
What's included:
4 boat dives, 2 air fills, dorm accommodation Friday and Saturday. All meals from Saturday breakfast, to Sunday lunch are provided

*Minimum of Advanced or Deep diver certification and be in good health and fitness for diving.
Things to bring:
Dive gear including torches and two tanks.
Sleeping bag or blanket (bottom sheets and pillows are provided but if you have a favourite pillow or teddy bear that you can’t sleep without then bring it along).
Towel – even if you are diving in a drysuit you will need this for the shower.
Water bottle (Hydration is important and this ensures you have something to drink on board the boat during the day).
Snacks (you are fed generously but some (us) just can’t live without their treats).
Bottle of wine or a few beers for enjoying at the end of the days diving (please drink responsibly)

Ngā Manaia dive club
Our dive club is free to join and is a great opportunity to just dive and meet likeminded people with a passion for diving.
Held on 1 Sunday a month, the dives and BBQ are always free but if your require dive equipment, please contact us so we may arrange this for you. Charters and trips are limited spaces so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Clean up dive event 2024
COMING SOON
The Lake clean up is a great community event for everyone including divers, (free divers and SCUBA divers), non-divers and tamariki to get involved in. The aim is to clean two lake areas and raise awareness, ensuring it is kept beautiful, both above and below the surface.
