SSI EXTENDED RANGE SIDEMOUNT
The SSI Extended Range Sidemount program is an advanced technical diving course designed to teach you how to carry and manage multiple sidemount cylinders (including stage/decompression bottles), aligning with Extended Range (XR) standards.
This program is aimed at divers who want to confidently transition from twin‑set or recreational sidemount to technical sidemount diving, also those aiming to dive in overhead environments (caves, wrecks) or conduct decompression dives using a sidemount setup

COURSE OVERVIEW
The SSI Extended Range Sidemount program trains you to dive in a sidemount configuration, and the techniques required to use multiple stage cylinders carried for decompression diving efficiently and effectively. You will earn the SSI Extended Range Sidemount certification after completing this program and can then apply that configuration to all other extended range programs.
