We want everyone to be aware of the environmental problems our oceans are suffering day by day.
The SSI Blue Oceans movement supports the conservation and sustainable use of aquatic environments, including oceans, seas, coasts, and waterways and their magnificent diversity of plant and animal species.
COURSE OVERVIEW
We‘re all responsible for protecting our aquatic resources.
With our free SSI Blue Oceans program, SSI explains the importance of protecting the ocean, and how anyone can quickly support this effort in their daily lives. To improve the state of our ocean, we need to start with ourselves, by being role models and sharing our commitment with family, friends, and acquaintances.
The newly introduced "SSI Blue Oceans Center" status provides a contact point for those who want to know more about Blue Oceans and our environmental programs, and who want to participate in environmental actions. It also helps ensure our customers have an ecologically-friendly training or travel experience. Education and training are the first steps in protecting the oceans
